How To Make 220V To 12V/24 Battery Charger | 2 in 1 Battery Charger Circuit

In this video, we are going to show you making a fast 12v battery charger circuit. There are many kind of battery charger circuit, full wave battery charger circuit is one of them. To make this circuit, you don’t need enough electronics components. You can make this circuit at home easily.

Component list have to be given below.

Component List:

1. Transformer – 12.0.12Volt

2. Capacitor – 2200uf/25v

3. Diode – 1N5399 (2 Pieces)

4. Resistor – 1 K

5. LED – 5mm

6.Battery – 12v

7. Soldering Iron

8. Power Source - AC 220v

Required Components:

1.A 230V/14V step Down Transformer or you can use a 120V/14V transformer if your country has a 120V utility power supply

2.1 Pcs 0.01uF Ceramic Capacitor

3.4 PCs 1N4007 PN Junction Diodes

4.1 Pcs 1 Kilohm, 1 Watt Resistor

5.1 Pcs 1000uF, 25V Electrolytic Capacitor

6.1 Pcs LED

A 12V battery that needs to be charged

This is the circuit of a simple 12 volt battery charger for Lead Acid battery. It gives max 12 volt and 20 Amps current for quick charging of the battery. If the battery is partially discharged, full charge will be attained in one hour.

The circuit uses a 0-14 volt 5A to 20 Ampere Step down transformer and a 35 Amps Bridge rectifier module to convert AC to DC. Since pulsed DC is good for Lead Acid battery, a low value smoothing capacitor.

In this video, we are going to show you making a half wave 12v battery charger circuit. It is a very simple circuit. You can make this circuit at home easily. To make this circuit, you don't need to spend too much money. If you have simple electronics knowledge, you can make this circuit at home easily.
