How To Make A Powerful Induction Heater 200W - JLCPCB

In this video I'm going to make a powerful induction heater based on ZVS Driver Circuit that can output Upto 250W, in this video I used a new technique that will minimize unwanted losses without load, if you don't put load at output metal or any object this circuit will not drow any high current, because I used farrarite core from EE-40 Transformer, without core it draws about 2A to 2.5A = 25W+/- No Load , After Using The core it only takes About 0.2A To 0.5A without any load, that is about 5-6W!!!

Do you need a 1kw induction heater but don't know where to start? In this video we'll show you how to make an induction heater, from start to finish.

This induction heater is perfect for small spaces or occasional use, and it's easy to make using a few simple tools and supplies. If you're looking for a small, easy-to-use induction heater, this is the one for you!

Designing and building a powerful induction heater.

In this video I am going to make a powerful induction heater that can heat metal rods within just seconds. This homemade induction heater can deliver up to 2000 watts of induction heating power.

This DIY induction heater is a custom made unit based around the popular tank circuit which uses a combination of inductors and capacitors to convert DC voltage into a continuously changing magnetic field. As a result of changing magnetic field a huge amount of eddy currents appears inside the object that is placed inside the external coil, allowing the subject to heat up red hot.

This induction heater can be a very useful tool to heat up metal objects without any physical contact and the process is quick.
