AT THE END OF THE SOLAR ERA, This Super WIND TURBINE Can End Everything BUT...
When we think about renewable energy, the first image that comes to mind is a huge field full of solar panels, reflecting the brightness of the sun. For years, solar panels became the undisputed symbol of the progress of renewable energy. However, now, when we look at the horizon, in addition to seeing thousands of solar panels, we see the silhouette of a new equipment that begins to dominate the landscape; Giant and imposing wind generators are emerging as a powerful new force in the world of clean energy.
And the question that arises now is: will these wind turbines replace the famous solar panels? That is precisely what we are going to discover in this video. A Dutch company called The Archimedes has developed a high-capacity turbine, an innovative wind turbine for home use, which, as you can see here, has an extremely compact design, in a spiral shape, similar to a screw, and always points in the direction of the wind. The inspiration for this project, known as LIAM F1, comes from the famous Archimedean screw principle. The manufacturer notes that it is more efficient than a standard propeller blade and its operation produces very low noise.
