IGBT based induction heater - No Mosfet, no diodes, no resistor
How to see the effect of the magnetic field lines of different induction coils using an old PC monitor with a cathotic screen.
Blue color indicates absence of magnetic field, while red color indicates south pole, green color indicates north pole.
I use a very low frequency PWM pulse generator, amplified by an N-Chanel type mosfet transistor (IRFP260N) to power an electromagnetic relay in order to automate a change of polarity at different frequencies ranging from 0 to 10 Hertz.
