on video how to make bldc motor esc using mosfet

how to make bldc motor esc using mosfet

In this project I will show you how a sensored BLDC Motor from an electric bike works and how we can create our own sensored ESC in order to let it rotate. Let's get started!

The video gives you all the information you need to create your own sensored ESC. But you can get some additional information in the next steps.

Here you can find the schematic and pictures of my completed circuit. Feel free to use them as a reference.

Showing how to make powerful bldc motor esc circuit using mosfets, you can use any N channel mosfets like IRFZ44N, The circuit is also designed with the speed control for the bldc motor.

Also for easy assembly of this circuit, I designed the pcb and the files can be found by the link below.

Circuit Diagram of the circuit is also included.

Power engineers are often presented with new, smaller package options. While smaller is better in many respects there is often a reluctance to embrace such new devices because of concerns about thermal performance, especially in high load, high current situations. Here we look at Nexperia's LFPAK 8 x 8 MOSFETs demonstrating their ability of both the high current performance and the thermal characteristics to replace D2PAK / D2PAK-7 /TO-LL in high power motor drive applications.
