transformer 3d animation video. 3d video in transformer
So what is up guys i am back with some amazing render animations gonna post some more.
What is a Transformer?
A device that transfers electric energy from one alternating-current circuit to one or more other circuits, either increasing (stepping up) or reducing (stepping down) the voltage. Transformers are employed for widely varying purposes; e.g., to reduce the voltage of conventional power circuits to operate low-voltage devices, such as doorbells and toy electric trains, and to raise the voltage from electric generators so that electric power can be transmitted over long distances.
You will be surprised to know that there is no moving part in the power transfer, yet it steps up and down 11000 volts at extremely extra high voltage. Apart from this, the 3-phase induction motor is even more surprising because it also works like a transformer but simply rotates.
Transformer works only on AC supply. Basically the transformer works on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. the power transfer between primary to secondary is through induction process and there is no electrical connection between them.
The conservator stores access oil for the transformer and provides space for oil when oil expands in the main tank due to heating or any internal fault. Also breather is attached to the conservator to transformer's breath and prevents moisture from entering the transformer
The buchholz relay is placed in between conservator and main tank to detect all internal faults.
In this video all working of power transformers and their parts are explained with the help of 3d animation.
