How to make a Powerful Inverter 12v DC to 220v AC using CD4047, 50hz 60hz inverter. ( how to make a powerful inverter 12v dc to 220v ac )


**You can adjust between 50-60hz using 100K preset and This is a powerful 200-400W Inverter. plz, don't use it for Motors. Use a large-sized heat sink.


Components used in this project:-


1.CD4047 ic

2. Irfp450n Mosfet x2

3. 100ohm resistors x3

4. 100K Preset

5. 1k Resistor

6. 0.1uf Cap

7. 12 0 12v, 10A Transformer or UPS Transformer
