In this video we have explained how control circuit wiring of an Electrically operated ACB is done. Main difference between Electrical & Manual ACBs are as below;
Electrical ACB has
a) Spring charging motor
b) Closing Coil
c) Shunt release Coil
Using above things we can operate an ACB remotely whereas we cannot do the same with Manual ACB as after every close command given to Manual ACB, we need to charge the spring manually for next close operation.
