Run 220V 1.5 ton AC on a single 12V 150Ah battery.
In this video I will teach you how to run a 220 volt 1.5 ton AC (air conditioner) on a single 12v 150Ah battery using a 1500 watt pure sine wave inverter.
In this video, I will teach you how to run a 220 volts 1.5 ton AC (Air Conditioner) on a single 12v 150Ah battery using a 1500 watts pure sine wave inverter ( 12v DC to 220v AC Converter ) .
Summary of episode 30: WE DID IT! I am autonomous in 220V! No need to go back home every time to recharge my camera, laptop or drone battery! With this electrical installation I can obtain current via a 350W pure sine converter from Energie mobile or directly from the EDF network via my P17 socket.
If I want to recharge my 200Ah Ultimatron France lithium battery, I can also use the Victron Energy CHARGEUR BLUE SMART IP22 12V / 30A - 1 OUTPUT battery charger which works as soon as I am connected to the network.
To choose between these 2 inputs I installed a Heschen SZW26-20/D202.2 3 position switch with 2 inputs and 1 output to choose your current input, and it works really well.
So I have 2 220V/230V electrical outlets in the van to recharge or power my computer, crepe maker, waffle maker, fan heater etc! But be careful, all these electricity-hungry devices are to be used only when I am connected to the EDF network, otherwise in total autonomy I should limit myself to 350W maximum, sufficient for my computer.
