This electron become negatively charged free electron called photon electron.
In electronic sheath of silicon atom a hole emerges, and whole atom of silicon become postively charged, because, after photon hits electron, in atom, we have 14 protons and 13 electrons, with simply math there is more protons who are positevly charged.
