In this video, we explain how to install a photocell sensor with a lamp, where the photocell sensor functions as an automatic light switch. Photocell sensor works based on a resistor with light sensitivity (LDR: Light Dependent Resistor).
If it is dark, the resistance value of the LDR will be low so that the voltage will go to the lamp and the lamp will light up.
If it is bright, the resistance value of the LDR will be high, making the voltage to the lamp cut off and the lamp will turn off.
